This shot was taken in the "Little Tokyo" area in Seoul, Korea. This was taken in front of an izakaya, which is a snack bar.

These specific lanterns are called chochin. These are usually seen in front of izakayas.

The Little Tokyo area in Seoul is not big, but I was lucky enough to take this shot of these lanterns.

Edits:
I upped the saturation and contrast (maybe a bit too much?), and added the border, as well.
